At Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your skating journey. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused skates or accessories back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items for wear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
