Here at Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop we take pride in building the best custom roller skates in the world. We use our own tried and tested proprietary mounting method to make you a truly unique pair of roller skates that not only skate extremely well, but are custom tailored to your style. Pigeon Skate's Warehouse is not open to the public and we are unable to accept in-person drop-offs.

FAQs:

• What kind of shoes can I use?

We build on all shoes, except used shoes and sandals. We recommend getting 1/2 size larger to account for the space the metal insole will take up (not mandatory, keep in mind Doc Martens run big).

• Can I ship my shoes directly to you from an online retailer?

You sure can! Make sure to put your full name and your Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop order number in the notes of your shoe order. 

• Do you accept used/slightly used shoes for a skate build?

We do not accept shoes that are used/lightly used to create a shoe skate. Shoes that are sent in with noticeable wear will be returned to the customer.

 

• What is the base price?

Skaters will need to provide their own shoes or select the Vans Sk8-Hi for +$110 (this covers the cost of shoe, sales tax, and delivery costs). The price of labor, mounting hardware, and metal insoles are $140. The rest of the cost will depend on the components you choose below. 

 

• How Do I Add Bearings/Toe Stops/Wheels?

All of these accessories are available a la carte on the Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop website! 

 

• What is the turnaround time?

Please allow 3-6 weeks for production time which begins once we receive the shoes. This window may change depending on how many orders are ahead of you and which items are in stock. Email us to get an ETA!
